3 EASY steps to create your first simple PDF FORM with Adobe LiveCycle Designer

1. Download and install LiveCycle Designer. (Adobe LiveCycle ES2.5 trial version)

2. Select File then New from the meu items.

Select 'Use a Blank Form' from the options then click Next.

3. Drag and Drop the fields and objects that make up your form.
